Throughout her professional journey, Bailey has acquired a wealth of practical experience that led her to real estate. Her roles have ranged from client services and project management to team leadership and marketing. She now serves as the Director of Operations at The Crotty Group, helping to foster team synergy and make each client’s experience as seamless as possible.

Bailey is very active in her community. She manages a nonprofit adult kickball league that provides donations to local charities, plays in various other recreational sports leagues, is active in her book club, and loves having family and friends over to play shuffleboard on her handmade table.

First and foremost, Bailey is a people person, and working in real estate provides a unique opportunity to utilize her various skills while getting to be a part of clients’ exciting and monumental life moments.
